Roland Berger Austria has been elected the country's best recruiter among all small and medium-sized companies
642 top Austrian companies and institutions in 19 industries were surveyed. The result was clear: Roland Berger Strategy Consultants Austria is the country's best employer brand in the SME sector (< 50 employees). On November 25, Roland Berger Austria received a CAREER'S BEST RECRUITERS certificate from the Austrian Federal Minister for Science and Research, Dr. Beatrix Karl, in recognition of outstanding achievements in recruiting young high-potential candidates.

The award proves that successful recruiting is not all about having a large budget, but about being a reliable point of contact for our applicants as well as playing an active role in key events. Other success factors were the clearly structured website, rapid and detailed feedback to applicants and the good brand image created by recruiting events and continuous media coverage.
At the award ceremony, the Minister honored the 23 best Austrian recruiters, including Hofer KG, the overall winner of the CAREER'S Best Recruiters Study. The study was conducted by kununu.com, Austria's largest employer rating website, and Markus Gruber, publisher of the successful guide to professional life, "Career".
